Once you have downloaded the app, take the following three steps to connect with an ETT-service technician:

1. Request a service on the app. You will then receive a service number and a password.

2. Communicate the service number and password to the ETT-service technician by phone or e-mail.

3. Once the connection has been established, the ETT service technician can receive your camera image in real time and provide live support.
