Case Former

Fast, reliable and flexible erecting of folding cases including sealing of bottom flaps

Thanks to its tried and tested technology, the case former ensures fast, automatic production of cardboard cases while covering a vast range of formats. The bottom flaps can be sealed with hot glue or self-adhesive tape before the case is supplied to the down-stream equipment.

CONVENTIONAL CASE FORMER

Compact and reliable

Pick up the case blank from the magazine, unfold it and seal the bottom flaps – the conventional case former combines three production steps in just one unit.

HIGH-SPEED CASE FORMER

High speed and large size range

This machine can produce up to 60 corrugated cardboards blanks (FEFCO 0200/0201 or American Case RSC) per minute. This high speed is achieved by use of successive machine units through which the case passes.
