Assisting our customers at all times.This is ETT’s service concept. ETT’s service does not end with the delivery of the packaging machines, we take care of your equipment over its entire life cycle. We keep your production running.

You have a query about your ETT-packaging machine? We would be happy to provide support and advice. Our 24/7 Service Team is always available for you.

Every size range extension or modification begins with Individual consultation by ETT-specialists. In this process, technical solutions to meet the new requirements for the end-of-line packaging machine are found together with the customer. After the initial commissioning, we provide support during production and operator training. Our service team would also be happy to carry out regular inspections, maintenance work and software updates of the packaging machines. However, should any issue occur with a packaging machine, ETT’s experts provide troubleshooting support via remote support or on site.

Thanks to a component availability of over 20 years after initial commissioning, we are able to supply any original ETT component as a spare part as well as any other required wear of spare part, or replace defective components or assemblies directly on site. In case of an adaptation of the packaging machine to new products or size ranges, we provide support throughout the entire process, from the planning stage and installation of specific change parts to the commissioning. During the warranty period, ETT offers you a free 24/7 customer service including remote service, to make sure that in the event of a fault a competent ETT expert will be available to you for immediate remote support and – with the appropriate machine equipment – online fault diagnostics. Of course, we also offer this service after expiry of the warranty period; please ask for our attractive service packages.

We offer

In the event of a fault every minute counts. For this reason, ETT Service is available to you 24 hours a day as your direct contact. In addition to troubleshooting, ETT’s Service Team offer advice on new end-of-line packaging projects, support for inspections and maintenance of your packaging machines as well as for the basic renewal and overhaul of components and supplies you with the appropriate spare parts. So-called retrofits also become increasingly interesting, as they allow to upgrade packaging machines that have been productive for a longer period to adapt them to current requirements. Compared to the purchase of new equipment this option offers significant cost savings.

The service team are also available at any time for size range extensions or other equipment modifications, they support you in the planning and implementation of new projects and carry out instruction and customer training sessions.
